2. Musician’s Dress Frock Coat. Distinctive musician’s dress frock coat, crafted in dark blue wool, maintaining the traditional military aesthetic. A plastron overlay of branch trim-colored wool was added to the chest area to designate musicians in military ranks. This plastron is not removable, ensuring authenticity and adherence to period-correct design.
