A to B = Shoulder width (Left to Right)
C to D = Chest circumference
E to F = Length (Top to Bottom)
To measure your head size, place a cloth measuring tape just above your eyebrows and loosely measure around the circumference of your head. To ensure accuracy, repeat the measurement two or three times. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size.
